A/S Læsø Fiskeindustri utilises a Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point System (HACCP) which is approved by the authorities.
This is an internationally recognised systematic method for building up a secure hygiene control system. The HACCP-system ensures that all processes – from the choice of raw materials, purchasing, processing and production provide documented proof that ”food safety” is at its peak..
In partnership with approved laboratories, A/S Læsø Fiskeindustri carries out regular inspections to verify the HACCP system’s functionality.
